Our story

French tradition, built with care.

Le Saint Honoré began with a simple idea: bring the pleasure and craftsmanship of a French bakery to our Southern California community.

Founded by Manoubi after six years of experience managing and helping grow a French bakery business, Le Saint Honoré is now operated as a husband-and-wife team. What began at local farmers markets has grown into bakery locations in Dana Point and Irvine.

Through every chapter, our focus has remained the same: bake from scratch, use carefully selected ingredients and create artisan pastries, tarts, quiches and breads with quality and consistency. The relationships we have built with our customers are at the heart of our story, and we are grateful to keep growing with the communities we serve.
